End-User License Agreement (EULA)
App: コトダマ｜自分の言葉 (Bundle ID: com.mendoi.AFFARMENTNEMO) / Effective: 2026-04-29
This End-User License Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and AKIRA TSUBOI ("Developer") regarding the use of the iOS application "コトダマ｜自分の言葉" (the "Application"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Developer grants User a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Application on iOS devices owned or controlled by User, solely in accordance with this Agreement.
2. User Generated Content (UGC) — Zero Tolerance Policy
Developer maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited in the "Stream Timeline" (流すだけタイムライン) feature:
- Sexually explicit content, pornography, or sexually suggestive material
- Violence, threats of violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, orientation, or any other category
- Defamation, harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of any individual
- Solicitation, advertising, scams, or "make money fast" schemes
- Personal contact information (URLs, phone numbers, email, social media IDs)
- Self-harm or suicide encouragement, or content that incites harm to self or others
- Drug-related content or illegal activity promotion
- Intellectual property infringement
3. Reporting & Moderation
- Each post in the Stream Timeline includes a "⋯" menu where Users can Report, Block, or Hide the content immediately.
- Reported content is reviewed by Developer within 24 hours. Content found to violate this Agreement is removed, and the offending User is banned from posting.
- All Stream Timeline posts auto-expire and are removed after 24 hours from the server.
- Users can immediately remove their own posts at any time via the post's "⋯" menu → "Delete".
- Users can immediately hide any post from their own feed via the post's "⋯" menu → "Hide" or "Block".
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to post any prohibited content.
- You acknowledge that violations may result in immediate termination of your right to post or use the Application.
- You are solely responsible for all content you post. You retain ownership but grant Developer a limited license to display your content within the Application for the duration it is live (max 24 hours).
5. Privacy
The Application uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication and does not collect personal identifying information beyond what is required for app functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE APPLICATION.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your devices.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes to This Agreement
Developer may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
By tapping "I Agree" in the Application, or by continuing to use the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
